A cardboard box showed up on my doorstep earlier this week. Author copies of Moonlight & Misadventure.

I ripped it open and plunked down in my favourite chair to read my story Madeline in the Moonlight (again!) and then went back to the beginning and read the rest of the wonderful stories all linked by references to the waxing, waning, gibbous or full moon.
Moonlight & Misadventure edited by Judy Penz Sheluk is available on Amazon. If you’d like to pick up a copy click here.
I have been reading my copy and find i am totally enjoying it. I prefer novels to short stories but may have a change of heart now that I have read some of these stories. Well done all.
Thanks Rose! I too prefer novels, but found that the experience of writing this short story has made me appreciate short stories more. A lot of work goes into packing all the information you need into a few short pages. All of the contributors did a really good job.

Well done! I got my copy a week or so ago and have been reading it slowly since then. I am enjoying all the stories! (I had to read yours FIRST!)
Thanks Linda! You and Rose got your copies well before I got mine…it was driving me mad because I didn’t get a chance to read the other stories until the book arrives and the suspense was killing me!
Congratulations! I just got my copy today! I really enjoyed your story. This is Im sure the first of many publications. I hope you celebrate.
Thanks for the encouragement Joanna. Yes, we celebrated with a slice of chocolate cake (my favourite!).
I’m really looking forward to reading your next book too. Hopefully I can be there for the launch and we’ll celebrate it together!
